• preparations for hearings, gathering exhibits, bills of costs, extensive typing, editing, amending and transcribing handwritten notes and dictations, extensive PDF, JPEG, MS Word, Excel formatting, converting and consolidating files;
• pre-and post-formatting documents for translations department;
• training office staff as to proper office styles of drafting letters, briefs, contracts, such as proper titles, headings, clauses, indentation, headers\footers, etc.
• searching files, records and precedents for information and references;
• maintaining proper filing and archiving of client and counsel documentation in order and up-to-date;
